Frequently Asked Questions

Does Tidy Tails Pet Waste Removal clean the entire yard?

Yes, we will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

Yes! We provide dog waste removal services year round. In the winter, we will still show up to provide services. Even with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

At Tidy Tails Pet Waste Removal, safety isn’t optional, it’s part of our standard. We sanitize all tools, footwear between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to minimize any risk of cross-contamination. After every visit, we provide a gate photo for confirmation that your yard is secure and your pets are safe.

Proper disposal matters. We double bag all waste to keep things clean and sanitary, then place it in your trash can or a spot you designate.

Yes, we bill on the 1st of each month for upcoming services. One-time cleanups must be paid prior to services being completed.

If you sign up for recurring services after the 1st, we will simply bill you a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. After that, your normal billing will start on the 1st of the following month.

To keep your spot on the schedule, payment must be received before your first visit of the month. If not, services will be temporarily paused until payment is made.

No contracts ever! You can start, pause, or cancel your service anytime through the client portal or by giving us a quick call.

Tidy Tails has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $50 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $85 and $110 per month.

To keep things efficient and cost-effective, we don’t guarantee specific arrival times. Routes are finalized the night before, but you’ll get a text about 30-60 minutes before we arrive so you know exactly when to expect us.

We set your cleanup day based on our route, so we’re in your neighborhood on the same day every time. We’ll let you know your day when you sign up.

We’re always happy to meet friendly pups! If your dog has shown any signs of aggression previously, we ask that they be kept inside during your service. Our team’s safety comes first. If a dog acts aggressively, we may require them to be secured indoors or we’ll discontinue service is the issue continues.
